Do you ship to my country?

We only ship within the U.S. and Canada. 

What will be my shipping charges? 

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page whereyou will be offered shipping method choices and their prices.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

When will I receive my order?

We ship orders via UPS within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking and an estimated date of delivery once your parcel leaves our warehouse. 

My order never arrived, arrived damaged or is missing parts. 

At MLS, we take pride in the way that we prepare our shipments. If there is any damage to your shipment please contact us immediately. Please hold on to all of the original packaging and we will handle the claim with the carrier. We will immediately ship your replacement machine and arrange for a pickup of the damaged package. If they are not in stock, we will contact you to discuss comparable machines or issue a full refund. 

We are responsible for the delivery of the item to the address on your order only. 

Any packages that our forwarded or shipped from the delivery address on your order must have a damage exemption with our carrier prior to being forwarded or shipped again to be eligible for a damage claim.

What is your return policy?

Once an order is placed, it may be cancelled up until the time of shipping. Once an order has shipped, you may no longer cancel the order and will need to follow our return procedures. 

The return period on all items is 14 days. Items returned may be subject to a restocking fee or the amount equal to the cost of shipping to your location at our discretion. 

Items that are sold as factory sealed or new open box are not eligible for returns unless they are found to be defective. If problems are occurring with a new, new open box, or factory refurbished machine, please contact our company immediately so that an MLS technician can diagnose the problem. If the problem cannot be corrected, the machine will be repaired at our location.

Any service that may be provided by an outside source will void our warranty. Please check with our customer service representative for more information on items which this may apply to.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

What is your warranty policy?

MLS offers one of the best warranties on the market. All machines marked as "Refurbished" come with a 90-day warranty (or 30,000 pages, whichever comes first) and include both parts and labor. Please see Terms & Conditions for more details or contact us directly to speak with a customer service representative about your coverage. 

You don't have the printer or toner I was looking for on your site. Does that mean you don't sell it?

No. We can only list so many products on our site and our inventory is constantly changing. If you're looking for something specific and you can't find it, please call us. In more cases than not, we'll have what you need.

Why can't I buy printers directly from the site?

We want to ensure that you are getting the right printer for your needs. Often times, customers purchase a machine that is either inadequate or has too many bells and whistles. If you call us and tell us exactly what you need, we can find you the best printer for the best price.

I found a better price on the same product. Will you match it?

Yes. Please call or email us ([email protected].) with the product information. If it's comparable, we'll match the price.

I'm outside your service area. Can you still help me?

We want to be able to service as many customers as we can. Even if your outside our service area, we may be able to still send a technician. Call or email us and we'll do everything we can to find a solution - even if that means troubleshooting over the phone.

I have general printer questions. Can I call you for help?

You can definitely call us for help with any printer questions you may have. Afterall, we are the printer experts.
