Economy Service Program

The Economy Service Program offered exclusively by Midwest Laser Specialists is our most popular service option available for one annual flat rate charge per machine. It offers all of the benefits of a fixed rate contract, without the large upfront costs. Under this plan, you will receive:

• Two preventative maintenance cleanings per year at no cost, which will eliminate 50-65% of all service calls.
• A 25% discount on any parts installed during the contract period. If service is required at any other time during the contract period, the labor rate is reduced from $99 to $55.
• Take service priority, with same day/next day response time. 

Premier Service Program

Similar to our Economy Service Program, our Premier Service Program offers even more benefits. For one annual flat rate charge per machine, you will receive: 

• Two preventative maintenance cleanings per year at no cost, which will eliminate 50-65% of all service calls.
• A 25% discount on any parts installed during the contract period. If service is required at any other time during the contract period, the labor rate is reduced from $99 to $55.
• Complimentary installation of all pickup and feed rollers.
• Take service priority, with same day/next day response time.
• Special reduced pricing on all OEM and compatible toner cartridges. 
• 35-50% discounts on refurbished Hewlett Packard LaserJet printers.

Enterprise Service Program

Our Enterprise Service Program is designed to offer an end-to-end solution for all of your printing needs while providing a superior level of service. We actively manage your printer fleet, streamline the process, reduce your employee’s involvement, and cut costs by 20-40%. If you can't afford for you printers to be down for even a few hours, the Enterprise Service Program is right for you. 

Enterprise-level customers are monitored under our remote data collection software, providing us with a constant view of your printer fleet. This enables us to track printer usage, toner levels and printer errors. All of these features allow us to take proactive stance and eliminate potential downtime of your printers.
